Terms of service

This document is not finished

A structure, not an agreement. Not written or reviewed by a lawyer, and not to be published in this state.

What the finished document has to cover

Who provides the service

Legal entity and contact details.

What the service is — and what it is not

The boundary that matters: Eternal Life does not diagnose and does not replace a physician. This is a functional limit of the product, not a disclaimer bolted on afterwards; crossing it changes how the product is classified in law. The wording here has to match what the application actually does.

Accounts

Eligibility, minimum age, responsibility for credentials, what happens on termination.

Acceptable use

What the user may not do — and, more importantly for a health product, what the user should not rely on the product for.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans, billing period, renewal, refunds, price changes. Waits on the business model, the same as pricing.

Liability

Limits, and how they interact with consumer protection law, which cannot be contracted away.

Changes and governing law

How changes are announced, notice period, jurisdiction.
